From June 7 to 23, applications are open for Transform4Europe (CO)HAPPINESS LABORATORY summer course, which will take place from August 27 to 29 in Kaunas, Lithuania. Organized by Vytautas Magnus University, the course focuses on creating the conditions for happiness in times of challenge and transformation. Participants will have the opportunity to explore topics on how to recognize, create and maintain happiness on a personal, group and social level.
This course will take the form of a hackathon - an event in which people come together to collaborate on solving a problem or identifying new opportunities and to learn from each other. The course includes group activities and the presentation of a final proposal for a "happiness formula" to a panel of judges.
In addition to lectures with experts from different academic fields (Psychology, Philosophy, Economics, Neuroscience, Anthropology, Political Science, etc.), participants will have fun and cultural activities, such as a visit to the Botanical Garden, a creative walk, folk dancing and debates.
This summer course is worth 3 ECTS, is funded by Transform4Europe, and is open to all UCP bachelor's and master's students.
