The Voluntaria*te group at the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) – Braga has opened registration for new volunteers and this year presents important news for those who wish to join the project.
One of the main changes is the integration of participation in the Diploma Supplement, which allows for formal recognition of students' volunteer work. In addition, students can now flexibly define the number of hours they wish to dedicate, adjusting their commitment to their personal availability. The attendance registration process has also been simplified with the implementation of a digital system that will work through the Volunteer Card.
The project's mission is to bring academia closer to the community, promoting a spirit of service, social responsibility and solidarity among UCP - Braga students.
The registration period runs from 1 to 12 October 2025, using the form.
