Anabela Santos Rodrigues has a degree in Psychology from the University of Minho and a PhD in Psychology (Work and Organisational Psychology) from the University of Porto. She has worked as a lecturer/researcher in various higher education institutions, both public and private, and has taught courses such as Organisational Behaviour, Group Dynamics and Research and Research Methods. She is currently a part-time Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Portugal, Braga Campus.
At this university she has been teaching Curricular Units in the 1st and 2nd cycles of studies, namely Work and Quality of Life (Optional in the 3rd Year), Research Seminar in Psychology (Shared Curricular Unit in the 3rd Year), Leadership and Teamwork (Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology) and Advanced Research Methodologies (Shared Curricular Unit in the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology). She also collaborates, in terms of teaching, in university projects/protocols with postgraduate and continuing training programmes, as well as supervising internships and master's theses, and has presented several master's exams in different university contexts. She was coordinator of the Social Sciences and Humanities Scientific Area (IPAM Aveiro - 2009/2010; 2010/2011).
She was involved, as a research assistant, in the ‘Provision of Study and Consultancy Services’ project (2013), the aim of which was to analyse the existing organisational structure, as well as to characterise and define the skills profile of the University of Porto's human resources (in all its organic units). She is co-author of the book "O Essencial do Questionário. Preparing, Collecting and Processing Data in SPSS" (2013) and has been a reviewer for the journal RPM since 2013, having published in the area of Occupational Stress and Teamwork.
