The session was also attended by the Secretary of State for Tourism, Commerce and Services, Nuno Fazenda.

Among the sharing of knowledge on the subject of sustainability of Tourism, in the national and regional context, Rui Marques announced the partnership between the institutions to carry out a study on the perception that residents of Braga have on the impact of Tourism.

Carla Cardoso highlighted the importance of this assessment in the context of the impact on the quality of life of local citizens and also referred to the importance of sustainability. Within the scope of the Tourism course, the UCP has reinforced more active learning in this regard, in order to encourage student participation in solving community problems.
