Bio

Fátima Lobo has a PhD in Work and Organisational Psychology, is the coordinator of the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology, the coordinator of COLEGIUM - Research and Promotion of Work and Organisational Psychology (CIPPTO) and the Work Psychology Laboratory (LabPTO), and is part of the Research Line ‘Cognition, Intersubjectivity and Human Development’, activities developed at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University. Since 2015, she has been carrying out research into Organisational Communication in collaboration with Professor Owen Hargie; since 2017, in collaboration with national and international researchers, she has been carrying out research into veterinary doctors and psychosocial risks; in collaboration with Oladele Ogunseitan, she has been carrying out research into Topophilia as a strategy for recovering from occupational risks.
