On 2 December, at 9:30 a.m., the event ‘Tourism 360º: The Future of Employability’ will take place in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (FFCS) of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) - Braga.
The initiative, promoted by students of the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, aims to reflect on emerging trends, current challenges, and essential skills for working in the future of tourism, promoting dialogue between academia, industry professionals, and the community.
The event will be attended by the Director of FFCS, Bruno Nobre, who will open the session, and the Head of the Economy and Tourism Division of Braga City Council, Luís Ferreira, who will share his perspective on the evolution of employability in the sector and the opportunities that lie ahead in the coming years.
The programme also includes a performance by Líricas, the female tuna of UCP - Braga, and a guided tour of the FFCS.
Participation is open to the public.
