On September 3, at 3 p.m., Artur Emanuel Ilharco Galvão took the public exams for his PhD in Philosophy, with his dissertation: Rationality and Socialization: the Ritual Factor in the Philosophical Proposals of Richard Rorty and Alasdair MacIntyre.
We would like to congratulate Artur Emanuel Ilharco Galvão on the successful defense of his thesis, which received the highest classification from the jury.
The Vice-Rector of the Portuguese Catholic University, Professor José Manuel Pereira de Almeida, chaired the jury, which was made up of Drs:
