On December 6th, at 9:00 am, it will take place in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (FFCS) from the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) - Braga the Seminar "Best Human Resources Practices = Better Results?".
This event aims to recognize the problems that modern organizations face and understand the role of Human Resources Management in creating opportunities and effective solutions.
The opening of the session will be led by the Pro-Rector of UCP - Braga, João Duque, in the presence of the President of the District Union of IPSS in Braga, José Antunes, and the Director of the District Social Security Center of Braga, João Manuel Leite Ferreira, who will also intervene.
The first panel will be led by the General Director of Human Resources at Mota-Engil, Luís Monteiro, who will address the theme "Managing People to Serve People" and by the Director of Human Resources at Otiica, António Cunha, who will develop a practical approach to the "Challenges and Emerging Trends in Human Resources".
In the second panel, which will start at 11:45 am, after a coffee break, Impact Entrepreneurship, under the motto "Build your legacy and leave your personal mark on the Planet" will be presented by the President and Founder of SEA (Entrepreneurship Agency), Frederico Cruzeiro Costa.
The closing ceremony will be carried out by Ana Salazar, Coordinator of the UCP Executive Training Academy - Braga and member of the organization of this seminar.
