Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences (FCH) of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP). She coordinates the Careers Office at the same faculty and the Master's programme in Psychology in Business and Economics. She was also the coordinator of the Psychology degree programme at the FCH-UCP. She has been teaching in a university context since 2010 in various areas of Psychology. She has professional experience in assessment and intervention throughout the life cycle and is a member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP). A researcher at the Católica Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing (CRC-W), she has coordinated and participated in international projects related to wellbeing and the construction of life projects, namely in the context of the transition from higher education to the labour market, teleworking and the transition to retirement. She is the author of assessment tools and intervention programmes in the career field. She has a degree and PhD in Psychology (specialising in Vocational Psychology).
