
The value of the scholarships will be applied in the form of a monthly reduction in tuition fees during the first year of the course.
The Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (FFCS) of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) – Braga has opened applications for 12 incentive scholarships, worth €1,000 each, for the best candidates for the Bachelor's Degree in Applied Data Science. This initiative is part of the Training4Resilience project funded by the Recovery and Resilience Programme (PRR).
These scholarships aim not only to recognise the best candidates, but also to promote the qualification of future professionals in data science, an emerging and strategic area of growing relevance in society. The value of the scholarships will be applied in the form of a monthly reduction in tuition fees during the first year of the course.
Applications must be submitted by 28 July 2025. Scholarships not awarded during this phase will be carried over to the following phases, with new application opportunities until 29 August (2nd phase) and 17 September 2025 (3rd phase), if there are still places available.
The results will be announced on the following dates:
- 1st phase | 28 July
- 2nd phase | 5 September
- 3rd phase | 18 September
