
Seminar ‘Strengthening Solidarity between Generations for Lasting Well-Being’
Next Tuesday, 18 March, the Portuguese Catholic University of Braga (FFCS - Aula Magna) will host the celebration of World Social Work Day with a seminar on the theme ‘Strengthening Solidarity between Generations for Lasting Well-Being’.
The event runs from 9.30am to 1pm and will bring together professionals, academics and students to debate the challenges and opportunities in promoting intergenerationality and social well-being. The opening session will feature speeches by Catarina Vieira da Silva, coordinator of the Degree in Social Work; Bruno Nobre, director of FFCS UCP Braga; Paulo Dias, pro-rector of the Braga Campus and Paulo Branco, from the board of the Order of Social Workers.
