UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from  26 February to 16 April..  

Two in-person workshops will be presented, aimed at all students on the Braga campus:
 

• “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships” | February 26, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect” | April 16, 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
