In the workshop Academic Burnout: strategies to regain balance, we will talk about academic burnout: how to identify it, its main signs and symptoms, and what causes it. You will leave with strategies to prevent burnout, recognize risk and protective factors, and take care of your own mental health as well as that of others.
Even if this topic doesn’t seem very relevant to you, this workshop can still be useful—whether to prevent challenges or to support someone close to you. Don’t forget, mental health concerns us all.
