Bio

Viviana Pinto has a master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the Portuguese Catholic University, Braga Regional Centre. She is a PhD student in Applied Psychology at the University of Minho, where she developed a thesis on safety at work. She has focused on the area of psychosocial risks, concentrating on safety culture/climate factors that influence the adoption of safe behaviours by workers and impact on their health and well-being at work.

Her main research interests cover Work Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Psychology and Social Psychology. Viviana has published in peer-reviewed international journals indexed in Web of Science.
