Psychologist from the University of Minho, post-graduate in Human Resources Management from the Portuguese Catholic University/AEP and PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of Minho. She began her professional career in 2000 in the Sonae group, where she worked in the areas of recruitment, selection, integration and development until 2004, when she began the project to create the Human Resources department of the Ricon group, in the distribution area. She currently works as Human Resources Director, responsible for the transversal and specific human resources management programmes of the Maintarget group companies.

She is a trainer in the field of welcoming and integrating new employees. She is a guest lecturer on the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at Universidade Católica. She is the author of articles and publications, with an interest in the areas of trust, human resources management and outsourcing services.
