On 15 January, at 5 p.m., a workshop entitled ‘The importance of sleep for childhood development’ will be held in rooms D7/D8 of the Camões Campus of the Portuguese Catholic University - Braga.
This initiative will be led by Cláudia Castro Dias, a lecturer in the Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, who aims to raise awareness of the fundamental role of sleep in healthy child development, addressing its psychological, emotional and cognitive implications.
This activity is part of the Master's degree programme and provides an opportunity for students in this cycle of studies and anyone interested in the field of child and health psychology to deepen their knowledge.
