As part of the Pink October campaign, Voluntaria*te, the Volunteer Center of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) - Braga, is organizing an online solidarity class on "Full Body Cardio", open to the entire academic community at UCP.

This free class takes place on October 30th, National Breast Cancer Prevention Day, between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm and will be organized by the company Active by Split.

Each participant must wear a pink item of clothing, the color of breast cancer awareness, and access the class from their home, the facilities on each campus or another convenient location. In the end, the images of this pink wave will be shared on social media, to raise awareness among the academic community about the prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
