Professora Auxiliar Convidada da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Doutorada em Gestão (ISCTE); Mestre em Gestão de Empresas (PBS); MBA (PBS); Licenciada em Engenharia Mecânica (FEUP). Consultora de Empresas desde 1994. Especialista em Estudos de Mercado; Qualidade em Serviços; Marketing e Fidelização; Planeamento Estratégico. Orientadora de diversas de dissertações de Mestrado e teses de Doutoramento. Autora de várias publicações em revistas científicas nacionais e internacionais e capítulos de livros. Revisora científica da EMAC (European Marketing Academy). Membro do Barómetro da Academia de Turismo do IPDT.
