First-year students on the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at the Portuguese Catholic University – Braga, as part of corporate volunteering and in celebration of International Volunteer Day, launched the ‘Christmas with Impact’ initiative.
This Christmas campaign, in collaboration with Agovi, a company with extensive experience in the metalworking sector, consists of a simple but meaningful gesture: writing letters with stories addressed to people living in isolation, in this case, ‘Steel Letters’ with meaningful words chosen by employees.
The students also conducted interviews with AGOVI employees to collect some stories.
‘Cartas de Aço’ is thus an invitation for each participant to become an ambassador for unique stories, proving that, at Christmas, hands of steel can also warm hearts.
