Second-year students in the Master’s program in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Portuguese Catholic University—Braga Campus participated in the 13th International Health Congress (CiSaúde 2026), held from July 8 to 10, where they presented papers based on their master’s theses, which they will defend shortly.
The papers presented reflect this program’s commitment to scientifically rigorous research aimed at addressing the current challenges of organizational contexts, thereby contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology.
Participation in the conference provided students with the opportunity to share the results of their research with the scientific community, receive expert feedback, and enrich their academic and scientific journey.
