On 23 January, the session ‘Leadership and Professional Skills: what the world of work expects from psychologists’ was held, led by Nuno Veloso Santos, CEO and member of the General Management of IBD Grupo Bernardo da Costa.
The session provided an opportunity for in-depth reflection on the fundamental skills for professional practice in psychology, the current challenges of the labour market, and the central role of leadership in organisational contexts.
The initiative, promoted by the Master's Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology (MPTO) at the Portuguese Catholic University – Braga, was attended by MPTO students and alumni.
