The challenge of inclusion in an educational context is faced by schools, teachers and the entire educational community. With technological development and digitisation, new tools can contribute to promoting social participation and the inclusion of all students in the classroom. This is the aim of the DIGIT(ALL) project - A new approach to digital education and inclusion.
Coordinated by the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University, with the participation of researchers from the University of Vienna (Austria), the University of Paderborn (Germany) and the Colegiul Tehnic „Mihai Băcescu” (Romania), and PROACTING (Portugal), we invite teachers from the 1st cycle, 3rd and 4th years of schooling to participate in a research project.
Registration is open until 1 September for the DIGIT(ALL) summer school - A new approach to digital education and inclusion, which will take place between 4 and 8 September (programme attached). During the summer school, teachers will be introduced to digital tools and an intervention programme, which they should apply in their classrooms.
Teachers from the four countries participating in the project will take part in this summer school, with sessions held in English. The materials and follow-up will be provided subsequently by each of the national teams. In Portugal, the training is being accredited by the CCPFC for continuing education purposes. Interested teachers should register here.
