Appointments at Academic Services:
In order to speed up the response from Academic Services (AS), the possibility of scheduling an appointment has been implemented. Initially, this option will only be available in the afternoon.
Scheduling will allow you to
- Schedule at their convenience, according to the times when no appointments have yet been scheduled;
- Advance information, allowing the SA to gather elements to speed up the response;
- Allows the Helpdesk to advance the indication of documents / information that should already be gathered for the service.

You should then receive an automatic message confirming your appointment.
Practical recommendations necessary for balanced operation:
- You should equip yourself with the elements you will need to deal with the matter that brings you to the services;
- If you have any doubts, it would be better to contact the Services for clarification;
- You should not spend more time at the Service than is necessary.
