Urban planner, PhD in Architecture from FAUP, Master in Planning from UA and Degree in Civil Engineering from FEUP. He has been a lecturer at UA since 2008 and is an effective member of GOVCOPP. He is involved in various research projects, European projects and service provision in the areas of urban planning, mobility and the qualification of public spaces. He was managing partner of UEst (uest.mobi) and has been involved in the coordination of various projects in the areas of urban execution, urban design, urban planning and mobility.
