The objective of the course “Fundamentals of Law for Social Work” is to teach foundational legal concepts, to study certain fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, and to analyze various legal frameworks relevant to social work, which give concrete form to the fundamental rights examined.
