On 11 June, at 2pm, the public examination for the PhD in Religious Studies of candidate Manuel Paulo Baptista Alves Moreira will take place in the Aula Magna António Freire SJ of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) - Braga.
The candidate will defend his thesis ‘The Fatima event - Analysing the impact of Fatima on the lives of pilgrims’.
Isabel Capeloa Gil, Rector of the Portuguese Catholic University, will preside over the defence and the panel of judges will be made up of:
- Dr. Helena Carlota Ribeiro Vilaça, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Letters, University of Porto
- Dr. António Pedro Queirós Pereira, Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo
- Dr. Alfredo Manuel Matos Alves Rodrigues Teixeira, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Theology of the Portuguese Catholic University
- Dr. Ângela Maria Teixeira Leite, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University
- Dr. Pedro Valinho Gomes, Researcher at the Catholic University of Louvain
