On the 6th of January, students of the master's degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations (PTO) visited the company Agovi, which operates in the Metalworking industry, within the scope of the "Change of Route" Project.

This project, coordinated by professors Anabela Rodrigues and Sílvia Lopes, inserted in the curricular units Organizational Diagnosis and Intervention and Psychological Assessment in an Organizational Context, aims to encourage a change of direction from the usual day-to-day routine towards contact with the real context, in order to note aspects that are evident in the reality of the business world.

As a result of this experience, students had the opportunity to reflect on what a Work and Organizational Psychologist can contribute to improving the experiences of employees of this organization, in order to allow greater involvement, satisfaction and well-being in the workplace. .
