On the 25 and 26 of October 2021, the first face-to-face meeting of the international team of the project “Restart for Education in a Digital Era through Project-based E-learning” (RESTART 4 EDU) took place in Liège (Belgium).
The visit brought together Professors Ângela Sá Azevedo, Íris Oliveira and Paulo Dias, from the Catholic University of Portugal with professors at the University of Ovidus din Constanta (Romania), Eskisehir Osmangazi Universitesi (Turkey) and Initiatives pour Une Formation Efficace ASBL (Belgium), in order to establish joint decisions and planning future work steps.
The RESTART 4 EDU project, funded by the Erasmus + programme, has proceeded activities through remote and face-to-face meetings and will also include a training course on Project-Based Learning (PBL) for higher education teachers from the various countries involved. Research on knowledge and effectiveness of training experience, as well as an open access handbook on the use of this methodology in higher education, will also be developed. The next RESTART 4 EDU meeting will take place at the UCP Regional Center in Braga, in April 2022.
