This session will be attended by Helena Paixão, Clinical Psychologist, and will share tools that will seek to help mitigate anxiety issues and increase self-esteem.

Based on the themes of the “Sharper Minds” program at the University of Queensland, these sessions aim to promote physical and mental health, in order to contribute to academic success.

In the words of Armanda Gonçalves, from the Católica In! coordination team, coordinator of the Degree in Psychology and Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (FFCS), “the academic success of students depends on their physical and emotional well-being. We hope with these initiatives to promote awareness regarding the importance of self-care and help our students, as well as other groups in our academic community, to develop resources that allow them to achieve this goal”.
