The Board of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Braga Regional Centre of the Portuguese Catholic University welcomes expressions of interest for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor in the area of Psychology, sub-area of Work and Organizational Psychology.

The appointment is for the following duties:

a) teaching the curricular units of Organizational Theory and Psychosocial Risks or other equivalent curricular units of the Master's Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology;

b) research in the area of Psychology, sub-area of Work and Organizational Psychology, within the scope of the Centre for Philosophical and Humanistic Studies and in an interdisciplinary context;

c) publication in Work and Organizational Psychology and/or Human Resources Management journals, preferably indexed in Scopus or Web of Science;

d) organization of conferences and congresses in the area of Work and Organizational Psychology;

e) scientific and academic management in the area of Work and Organizational Psychology;

f) attracting funding for research and/or teaching projects in competitive tenders.
