From March 1 to 5, the international program “Atelier de Transformação Social” will take place in Ansião, organized by the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP), in collaboration with Scholas Occurrentes.
Through art, play and creative thinking, the main aim of this workshop is to bring together young people from different regions of the country in the community of Ansião, as well as children, vulnerable young people and the elderly, with a view to fostering social transformation and human development among young university students.
To this end, UCP is making 30 places available for Portuguese or international students who speak Portuguese, from the four campuses, who will cover the costs of accommodation, food and personal accident insurance. Participants will only be responsible for transportation costs (bus).
As well as making a significant contribution to social transformation, this bootcamp is a unique opportunity to enrich participants' personal and professional skills.
