On the 26th of May, students of the Master's Degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations (PTO) visited IPO Porto to learn more about psychosocial risks with Dr. Cristiana Morais, Occupational Health Psychologist.

This study visit was carried out within the scope of the "Change of Route" project, coordinated by the teachers Anabela Rodrigues and Sílvia Lopes and included in the curricular units Organizational Behavior and Psychosocial Risks.

The objective of this initiative was to understand the decisive role that a Psychologist at Work and Organizations can have as an agent for promoting the health and well-being of people at work, who works in the diagnosis of psychosocial risks and develops intervention strategies in line with the identified psychosocial risks.
