António Manuel Valente de Andrade

PhD in Information Technologies and Systems from the University of Minho. Master in Management Informatics (U. Minho). Associate Professor at Católica Porto Business School. Researcher at the Center for Studies in Management and Economics and CEDH-UCP. Former coordinator of the Master's Degree in Information and Documentation Sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy of UCP-Braga. Member of the Board of the Faculty of Economics and Management from January 2005 to January 2008. Consultant to the Ministry of Education and member of the Scientific Council of the Observatory of the Technological Plan for Education (May 2009). Collaborator in various courses at UCP Schools (FEP, FACIS, FACFIL, ESB, ICS, FD, FT, EGE), with special emphasis on collaboration with the Faculty of Education and Psychology in various postgraduate and master's degrees, having coordinated the b-learning master's degree in Informatics in Education in Porto since 2003. Together with José Lagarto, she coordinated the PG in Distance Learning in 2021/22.
 



José Miguel Pereira Vilaça

He completed his PhD in Fundamentals of Computing at the University of Minho in 2009 with the thesis “Visual Functional Programming - An Approach Based On Interaction Nets”. He previously completed his degree in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2004, also at the University of Minho. He is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University, teaching computer science, data science, mathematics and
multimedia. He is also director of the Institute of Computing and Data Science.
He works on the application of technologies for a better world.
 



Paulo Ribeiro

In 2010 he obtained a PhD in Management, specializing in Quantitative Methods in Management, Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL). Regency and teaching of the curricular units Information and Communication Systems and Biostatistics in the Integrated Master's Degree in Dental Medicine and Degree in Biomedical Sciences.
Master's Degree in Management, responsible for and teaching the curricular units Business Ethics and Social Responsibility and Information and Communication Technologies and Systems. Undergraduate degree in Management responsible for teaching Introduction to Management and Information and Communication Technologies.
Responsible for the IT Services Department (DSI) of the Viseu Regional Center of the Portuguese Catholic University, including the University Dental Clinic.
Member of the project and implementation team for the Integrated Master's Degree in Dental Medicine between 1999 and 2002. Member of the Committee for the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SiGIQ) of the Portuguese Catholic University. Coordination of the team that digitized and processed data from the Student Bulletin (access to Higher Education in Portugal). Coordination of the first online version of the survey carried out in the 2008-09 academic year.
 



Tiago Martins

He has a PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Minho. He is a guest lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University and other higher education institutions. His main interests are in the areas of serious games, physical computing, computer vision, artificial intelligence and media arts. He is the author and editor of several international publications, including books, book chapters and conference proceedings. He has published in several international scientific journals and conference proceedings indexed by ISI - Institute for Scientific Information, SCOPUS, among other references, and several of these publications have already been cited by the scientific community.
