The Portuguese Catholic University - Regional Center of Braga (UCP - CRB) has opened a call for applications for a Senior Institutional Communication Technician to carry out communication and marketing management activities at the Regional Center of Braga.
The Institutional Communication Technician is responsible for:
- Designing and ensuring the implementation of UCP-CRB's
- strategy of UCP-CRB, in conjunction with the University's
- Communication and Marketing, namely in terms of the main messages, media and channels;
- Managing institutional communication projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, timings and action plans;
- Ensuring the creation and development of institutional content and publications
- publications;
- Designing and implementing external campaigns and activations;
- Supporting the organization of external and internal events, whenever justified;
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and solutions, suggesting and implementing new projects, actions and approaches that contribute to the development of the function, by identifying and analyzing trends, innovations and good practices in the market.
Formalizing your application
Applications must be submitted in Portuguese and should be sent by email to: secretaria.proreitoria.braga@ucp.pt, with the subject line “Application for the Senior Institutional Communications Technician”.
The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Curriculum vitae;
- Certificate of completion of academic training indicating the date of completion;
- Motivation letter showing the candidate's motivations and vision for the institution's communication;
- If the degree was awarded by foreign higher education institutions, the candidate must submit the respective Certificate of Recognition or proof of the request for recognition in accordance with Portuguese legislation. If the degree was awarded by a foreign higher education institution, it must comply with Portuguese legislation on the recognition of foreign degrees, regulated by Decree-Law 66/2018 of August 16th. If the candidate is selected, the signing of the contract is subject to the presentation of the formal document.
Application deadline
The expression of interest must be submitted under the terms mentioned in the previous point by February 23, 2025.
Notification of results
The results of the selection process will be announced to interested parties by email no later than 5 days after the interview.
The selected candidate will sign a fixed-term contract, scheduled to start on March, for a period of one year.
