On March 15, the “Central Square 2025” meeting on “Human Challenges in the Age of AI” will be held at the Vita Auditorium in Braga.
This event, promoted by the National Conference of Lay Apostolate Associations (CNAL), will bring together representatives of various movements, lay associations and anyone interested in reflecting on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AI has become extremely important in recent years and has transformed various sectors of society. With this in mind, the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) - Braga has invested in training in this area, with a degree in Applied Data Science, with the aim of training professionals capable of working with AI technologies.
The morning panel will be dedicated to an in-depth analysis of AI, the technological context surrounding it and how it affects everyone's daily lives. In the afternoon, two panels will reflect on the presence of AI in various sectors of society, such as the sciences, arts, health, education, communication and religion.
Throughout the event, a UCP - Braga stand will be available to showcase its training offer.
