On the 17th of February, students in the 1st year of the master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (PTO) visited the Lasa group, which operates in the Textile industry. Along with them, the 2nd year student Ângela Almeida and the teacher Ricardo Peixoto also accompanied the visit.

This took place within the scope of the Project "Change of Route", coordinated by the teachers Anabela Rodrigues and Sílvia Lopes, inserted in the curricular units Organizational Diagnosis and Intervention and Psychological Assessment in an Organizational Context.

The "Change of Route" aims to encourage a change of direction from the usual day-to-day routine to contact with the real context, in order to notice aspects that are evident in the reality of the business world.

As a result of this experience, the students had the opportunity to reflect on what a Work and Organizational Psychologist can contribute to improving the experiences of the employees of this organization, in order to allow greater involvement, satisfaction and well-being in the workplace. .
