The emergence and development of new touristic products, new needs and desires of the new tourist market require human resources highly qualified and prepared to respond to an increasingly demanding market.

This Master in Tourism responds to the needs and opportunities for growth and employment of the market, aiming at the professional and researching excellence that the market demands. Objectives
The Master's Degree in Tourism aims to offer specialised, inter and multidisciplinary training at an advanced level.
Specialisation Option: Tourism Administration and Management
The specific objectives of this branch of specialisation are:
- To provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge to prepare and improve the training of senior staff, able to develop administrative, management and advisory functions in companies and/or public and private institutions in the tourism sector;
- To provide instrumental knowledge in key areas for the practice of tourism activity;
- To stimulate entrepreneurial and innovation capacity, providing, namely, the general framework of public policy instruments and incentive systems with incidence on Tourism;
- To enable the acquisition of advanced training for the development of research and consultancy activities in the field of Tourism.
