Tomorrow, starting at 9:30 a.m., the Aula Magna Auditorium at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University will host the first meeting of the Braga Social Community of Practice (CoP), which brings together the 14 municipalities in the district and the Braga District Center of the Social Security Institute.

At this meeting, the Manual of Procedures and Best Practices for Social Action in the District of Braga will be presented.

The CoP was established in January 2024 and has already held 29 monthly meetings in different locations.

According to a press release, the model was recognized by the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities as a national best practice that could potentially be replicated throughout the country.
