- To equip students with knowledge of the political models of social regulation of drug use;
- Understand and analyze the political trajectory regarding the issue of CADs in Portugal: from traditional forms of sociopolitical regulation to the adoption of decriminalization and harm reduction policies;
- Provide students with practical tools and professional skills that enable them to develop programs and projects for prevention, treatment, social reintegration, and harm reduction in the field of CADs.
