The coordinator of the master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology, Anabela Rodrigues, and the coordinator of Cuidar*te - Gabinete de Psicologia, Diana Lima, from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (FFCS) of the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) - Braga took part in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), promoted by the Erasmus+ mobility programme, between June 23 and 27.
The initiative took place at Ovidius University in Constanța, Romania, and brought together higher education staff from various European institutions. The programme included sessions dedicated to professional self-expression, health through movement, well-being at work, obesity and managing personal and professional limits, among other topics.
The participants also had the opportunity to get to know the local culture through activities such as water sports and a guided tour of the city of Constance.
Following this international experience, the two representatives from UCP - Braga will develop an activity aimed at FFCS employees. The planning session is scheduled for 14 July, in online format.
